Question 1

Can we mix different pottery styles, glazes, and sizes in one container or pallet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Blue Dragon specializes in flexible mix container and mix pallet solutions for boutique retailers and garden centers. Importers can combine assorted shapes, glazes, and nested sets with zero extra mixing fees to optimize working capital.

Question 2

Where is Blue Dragon located and how do you ship to international buyers?

Accepted Answer

Our workshop and export office are located directly in Southern Vietnam. International buyers place orders directly with us, and we pack and ship cargo directly from Vietnam to your destination port via ocean container on FOB (Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City) or Ex-Factory terms.

Question 3

How is product quality verified without overseas agents?

Accepted Answer

We conduct comprehensive 100% pre-shipment visual inspection, dimensional checks, and packaging verification right at our Vietnam workshop before sealing the container. High-resolution inspection photos and packing videos are provided to buyers prior to departure.

Question 4

What is nested packaging (Full Nesting Sets) and how does it reduce freight costs?

Accepted Answer

Full Nesting Sets involve placing smaller pots inside larger pots (Set of 2, 3, or 4 sizes). This compact packaging saves up to 35% container volume (CBM), significantly cutting ocean freight costs per unit.
